Office Manager/Dental Assistant

I do whatever it takes to keep our practice running as smooth as possible, from managing the office to assisting Dr. Herron when needed. Working directly with patients is my favorite thing to do, and I feel great if I can help an anxious patient overcome their dental fears. I have raised two beautiful and amazing daughters who have become my very best friends. I have three granddaughters who have changed my name to GiGi, a name I wear with great pride and honor. I love life!

Dental Assistant

As a chairside assistant, it is my duty to see that our patients are comfortable and to help each procedure go smoothly and efficiently. I also help keep the lab running smoothly and do most of the fabrication of retainers, appliances, and mouth guards. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing smiles transformed, whether during one or two procedures, or for two full years during orthodontic care. I love seeing people’s confidence and self image change because of their smile. I am a person that enjoys life and I stay busy all the time. I am a very active member of my church. Family is very important to me as well, so I love to spend time with my children and grandchildren. When I get leisure time, I love renting a good movie, cranking up the surround sound, and just relaxing.

Front Office Assistant

I’m one of the friendly faces that greet each patient when they come into the office. I love getting to know our patients and working with our amazing team. We are much more like a family than coworkers. I live in Columbus with my husband, Tyler, and our son, Zeppelin, who keeps us busy with sports and numerous other activities. We love living in Columbus and being a part of this community. In our spare time, we enjoy traveling and seeing new places.

Registered Dental Hygienist

I help provide our patients with the beautiful smile and ideal dental health they’ve always wanted. Our patients are such a joy to work with, and being able to help so many different people is what I love most about working in dentistry. It’s so wonderful to see our patients happy and smiling with beautiful, healthy teeth. I am raising teenagers, so they keep me pretty busy with sports and other activities. My family is the backbone of my existence. I love my life and the people I am surrounded with each day.

Front Office Assistant

I love working at this practice where I answer phones, assist our new patients, verify insurance, and help to schedule appointments. Each day I can honestly say that I enjoy coming in the office. I love talking with our patients and seeing first-hand how a great smile can make people look and feel. I live in Carl Junction with my wonderful husband, Chris. We have two boys, Trent and Josh, a daughter-in-law named Tiffany, and our first grandchild, Avery. When I am not spending time with my family, I enjoy camping, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, scrap-booking, and making baskets.

I am responsible for the financial aspect of our practice. I enjoy working in dentistry and I am thankful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing dentist in Dr. Herron! I graduated with a major in Accounting and minor in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University. I have been married for 29 years to my high school sweetheart. We have a very spoiled Maltese named Ali.

I love coming to work every day to an office that is so friendly and focused on patient care. We have such a wonderful team who is always laughing and smiling and making sure that our patients have a good time while achieving great dental health. I am currently a student at Missouri Southern State University pursuing a degree in dental hygiene and also a degree in health science. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and being outdoors.

Our patients are so much fun and I love getting to know them as I provide gentle hygiene care. I look forward to the smiles and laughter that they bring to each appointment, and I enjoy helping them and growing with them as they live a life with ideal dental health. I’ve been married for four years to my wonderful husband, Layne. I love sports, being outdoors, and traveling whenever I get the chance.

I work on all things social here at Dr. Herron's!  From our daily Facebook posts to our monthly newsletters, I never know what exciting things may happen next.  I love being a part of such a great team where everyone works hard to make YOU feel special!  My husband, Ty, and I live in Pittsburg with our two bulldogs, Killer and Flex.  We enjoy visiting family, cooking and gardening.

As a dental assistant I enjoy taking care of patients and their dental needs.  I am dedicated to providing quality care to all dental patients.  It is a pleasure and honor to work with such an outstanding team of professionals.  Family is very important to me.  I reside in Pittsburg with my husband, Matt.  We have been blessed with two beautiful children, Zach and Dante.
