DENTAL ASSISTANT

As a chairside assistant, it is my duty to see that our patients are comfortable and to help each procedure go smoothly and efficiently. I also help keep the lab running smoothly and do most of the fabrication of retainers, appliances, and mouthguards. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing smiles transformed, whether during one or two procedures, or over two full years of orthodontic care. I love seeing people’s confidence and self-image change because of their smile.

I am a person who enjoys life and I stay busy all the time. I am a very active member of my church. My life has been very fulfilled with raising three children who have given me grandchildren & great-grandchildren.  I love spending time with them every chance I get.

FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

I’m one of the friendly faces that greet each patient when they come into the office. I love getting to know our patients and working with our amazing team. We are much more like a family than coworkers.

I live in Columbus with my husband Tyler.  We have one son Zeppelin who is attending college & pursuing his dreams. We love living in Columbus and being a part of this community. In our spare time, we enjoy traveling and seeing new places.

ACCOUNTANT / Human resources

I am responsible for the financial aspect & human resources of our practice. I enjoy working in dentistry and I am thankful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing dentist, Dr. Herron! I graduated with a major in accounting and minor in business administration from Missouri Southern State University.

I have been married for 41 years to my high-school sweetheart. We have a very spoiled Maltese named Zoe.

OFFICE MANAGER

My goal is to make each patient feel welcome and comfortable during their visit to our office. I love being part of such a great team where everyone works hard to make YOU feel special. My husband Ty & I live in Kansas where we raise our two kids, Kendall and Brett. We enjoy watching them in their various activities and spending time with our families.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

As a child, I knew that one day I would work in a profession helping others. As a dental assistant, I get to do just that. My job is to ensure that procedures go as smoothly as possible for the patient, as well as for the doctor. It is such a blessing to work with an amazing group of individuals.

My husband Cory and I have been married for 17 years. We live in Galena with our two beautiful daughters, RyLeigh and Araya.

Helping others has always been one of my passions, and my job as a dental hygienist allows me to do that every day! I truly enjoy getting to help people improve their oral health, as well as their overall health. It is a blessing to be able to do so with such an amazing and professional team.

I have been married to my high-school sweetheart, Adam, since 2009.  We have two little boys, Noah & Kohen, that are the lights of our lives.  We love watching them learn and grow and doing life with them.  In our free time we enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and making memories together.

INVISALIGN® LEAD

As the HRDC Invisalign Lead, I am passionate about educating patients as well as making their Invisalign Treatment process simple, comfortable and stress free all while delivering results that boost confidence and transform smiles.

With extensive training and knowledge in Invisalign, I specialize in guiding patients through their clear aligner journey from start to finish.

My most rewarding “journey” is that with my husband Jeff and our children: Brandon, Brooklyn and Boston.

As a Dental Hygienist, I’m not only committed to continually improving my standard of care to better serve our patients, but also educating and encouraging them to maintain good periodontal health with unique, personalized oral health care services. I enjoy spending my free time with my husband, Willie, and daughters, Leighton and Leni Jo.

As a dental hygienist, I enjoy creating an enjoyable space for patients to receive the tools they need to achieve their oral health goals.  Establishing relationships with my patients is by far my favorite part of my job!

I was born and raised in Webb City, Missouri and still currently reside there today.  I attended MSSU Dental Hygiene school and graduated in 2014.

I have the most amazing family and friends and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.  I enjoy traveling when I can and spending time with my two fur babies, Remi and Berti!

I have been a dental assistant for approximately 30 years. Mostly I have worked general dentistry, but have also worked in a pediatric office. I enjoy making several different kinds of crafts.

I’m one of the friendly faces at the front desk that greets each patient when they come into the office. I love getting to know all of our patients and their families. Working in a family based office is truly the best. When I started with HRDC, I immediately felt a bond with my coworkers and I knew this is where I was meant to be.

I live in Frontenac with my husband Travis and our four kids, Karter, Kanon, Ketcher, and Kora. We love living in SEK and being a part of this community. In our spare time, we are attending school sporting events for our boys, taking mini vacations any time we get the chance, and enjoying the outdoors.

I enjoy the team environment and value the collaboration in providing the best care possible to our patients. As a dental assistant, I am passionate about my ability to communicate to our Spanish speaking patients. Communication is key and I am happy to play a part in personalized, high-quality dental care.

Outside of the dental office, I enjoy traveling, visiting family and spending time outdoors. My boyfriend and I enjoy traveling and spoiling our dog any chance we get!

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

I have been in the dental field for 20 years. I started as an assistant and furthered my dream to become a hygienist, graduating in 2018. I grew up in Frontenac, where my family currently resides. I’ve been married since 2012 to Ruan and blessed with two wild, fun-loving kids! Our daughter, Elizna, has passion for softball and wrestling. She is a stud on and off the field! Our son, Ezra, is obsessed with building things and will likely become a construction worker when he grows up! In our spare time we like playing games, being outdoors and making memories. I not only love providing the best care for my patients’ oral health, but I love building a relationship with them. I look forward to meeting you and your family and helping maintain a beautiful smile!

As part of the front office team, I focus on making sure patients feel comfortable and informed about their care. I assist with verifying dental insurance and reviewing treatment plans so you know exactly what to expect. I love helping people feel confident in their dental journey. When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me traveling, relaxing with family and friends, or spending time with my pets.

My goal is to make every visit as positive and stress-free as possible, so patients leave not only with a healthy smile, but also feeling empowered. For me, it’s not just about teeth—it’s about Trust, Education, Encouragement, Teamwork, and Health.

Outside of the office, I enjoy life with my husband, Brandon, and our two corgis, Einstein and Suki. Whether relaxing at home, spending time outdoors, or traveling, I love making lasting memories with the people (and pets!) I love most.

Since July 2022, I have been a dental assistant. I am currently enrolled at Allen Community College for my general studies and intent to pursue a degree in dental hygiene. I’m glad to be part of my dental family and am passionate about helping patients achieve beautiful smiles. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family.
